Personal Account Manager We understand how important custom service is to your corporate rental and/or vacation rental, and that is why we will assign you an Account Manager that will be in charge managing all of the details, scheduling and communication for your account. 

Customized Checklist You are in control of the work being performed at your location, and the work is executed to your standards.  We will create a specific checklist for each of your locations, so you know exactly what is being done, and what your guests are going to see.

Amenities Services We know how important your image is to your business.  And, for that reason we offer special Amenity Services like custom bed/linen preparation, signature services worthy of your brand, supply restocking, and special requests. A shining example of these amenity services is  the option of providing your unique bed and linen presentation.  If you do not have a preference we will prepare the beds and linens in our standard hotel-like style.  However, if you have special folding, decorative items, particular layering of the linens, we will take a picture of your custom bed and linen preparation and keep it as part of your file for your services.

Efficient Management Efficiency is important in business, and with special services like Inventory management, Key/Entry protocols, maintenance reports and inventory recommendations, your ROI will be outstanding. At setup we will take a detailed inventory of your household items, key/entry protocols, maintenance standards, etc., and we will give you a list of the items and tasks that will be regularly inventoried.  Inventories will be performed by our trained staff at the turnover cleaning, so that you have enough time bill guests for damaged or lost items if you choose to do so.  Damaged items will be documented on the inventory log as well as with a picture.
